Who we are

Unflagged is run by Paul Landi, EI, an individual business registered in France (51 rue de Colombes, 92400 Courbevoie). Paul Landi is the data controller. Contact: contact@getunflagged.com.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and store URL.
• The screenshots, dates and details you send about your suspension.
• If you buy an audit: what you bought and the payment record our payment provider sends us. We never see your card details.
• Technical data logged by our host when you submit the form, such as your IP address.

We also look at your public storefront, which anyone can see. We never ask for your passwords.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To answer your eligibility request and deliver the audit you order: steps taken at your request and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep invoices: legal obligation under French accounting law (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Who processes your data

• Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and stores form submissions.
• Fiverr or ComeUp process payments when you order through them. We never see your card details.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) forwards emails sent to our address, and Apple (iCloud Mail) stores them.
• We use AI tools to help analyse your store and draft reports. A human reviews every report.

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Screenshots and suspension details are deleted 90 days after we deliver your report, or 90 days after our reply if you don't order. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as French law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Email contact@getunflagged.com with the subject "Privacy request". We reply within one month.
